We charge €20 per hour + a one-time administration fee.

For each project, we create a clear time estimate based on your wishes. Each part is estimated separately, such as login system or overview page.

We discuss the total estimate with you so that you know exactly what to expect. We only start after your approval.

If we finish faster, you only pay for the actual hours.

If it runs a little over, we will contact you in advance and apply a fair arrangement:

• First 20% of the extra hours: €10 per hour
• Above that: free - we cover that ourselves

Example:

We estimated 10 hours and around hour 8 we notice we are running over, then we contact you and discuss the next step together.

If we decide together to continue and we end up at 13 hours, you pay the full estimated price (€200) + 20% (2 hours) of the estimated price (€20) and the remaining hour is on us.

This way, you always get transparency, clarity, and a fair price.
